Growing up, my nickname was The General. Not because I was bossy (OK, maybe a little); not because I liked to be in control (OK, I did); but mainly because I loved order. When something needed to be organized, or put in order, my friends and family knew to come to me.
It's a skill that's taken me far over the years. After earning my degree from the Boston University School of Management, I worked for a decade in advertising, at such high-powered firms as Ogilvy and Grey Worldwide. I represented a wide range of clients, from P&G to Pfizer. It was in this fast-paced industry that I discovered that the ability to organize and efficiently plan weren't just helpful skills; they were essential to success.
Now, I am a wife and a mother living in New York, the most chaotic city in the world, and those same skills have seamlessly translated to teaching others how to live clutter-free, stress-free lives—lives that are organized, and, hence, under control. The messes we face today are bigger, and often more overwhelming, than they once were. But although the terrain has changed, there is one thing that's remained the same: My nickname is still The General.

"After having kids, any semblance of organization I had went out the window. It got to the point where picking out a simple outfit in the morning became an arduous and drawn out task, as I searched for two things that matched. Luckily, Lisa entered the picture. In a day, she had created a new system for me. Suddenly, instead of keeping my closet door shut out of embarrassment, I was able to proudly display how organized and accessible it was. Lisa's mind works in a totally different way from mine, so it's nice that there is someone available who can whip my little areas of disaster into shape in such an efficient manner."

Jane Powers - VP, Licensed Real Estate Broker
"I recently hired Lisa to organize my basement. With a two year old little boy and pregnant with my second, I really needed help with the toy chaos and clutter. She was super attentive to detail and offered multiple solutions to bring my personal vision to life. I was thrilled with the end result. She is very professional, easy to work with and already is back on my calendar for a few more projects. I highly recommend her services."
Lauren Wright - PR Media Specialist
"Between planning my wedding, and working for a large production company, I had no spare time to get organized when my fiance and I moved into a new apartment — with limited closet space. Unpacking was a nightmare because we couldn't figure out how to fit both of our wardrobes into only 3 small closets! A friend recommended Lisa and I hired her immediately! She was a lifesaver! She organized all of our things in a convenient way and maximized all of our space. I always thought that I was decent at organizing until I saw what Lisa can do! Wow! Best investment ever — especially when you are starting in a new space and want to be organized from the get go! I also told Lisa I was on a budget and she went to the Container Store for me and got affordable organizing materials that really transformed our space. When I came home it was like a Cinderella transformation in my room!"
